Fashion show Labs Project 2011

Here's The second time , I was involved in this event Labs Project Fashion Show 2011, was held @ Istora Senayan Jakarta

I had the opportunity to work with Sarita,my friends who experts in the fashion world.

We work together to help each other from the start looking model, select the songs and themes, choosing clothes that are used later.

Yes...We had a teenage fashion show arranging by facing various problems big and small.

For me, It was an amazing experience.

working with her was really fun.I learned all about fashion, about how to mix and match colors in clothing fashion from her

So we Begins with the selection of model, selection of models is the most important things..actually, its difficult to find.. but of many ' teens from Labs many qualified to serve as a model in this event .of course with qualification They should be tall, long-legged, and lean.

The minimum height is usually about 160cm , and average weight for a model is 45-50kg.. etc .. etc

Then choose the best music according to your dresses and the theme

The music of the fashion show was arranged by Iwan keplek'( Sarita's friend),

This is the only practice session of two hours for three days.... very short time.

So, Here I learned how to walking like a catwalk model.

First "Posture" When walking on the runway, posture is very important,

Try to make body as tall as possible, keeping back and neck straight. the head should face straight head o and should be fairly still, rather than flopping around ...woow...

Then " Leg and feet " , Walk with feet facing straight ahead , rather than turned out to the sides...etc etc

and finally "Posing "When reaching the end of the runway, models usually pause for a moment to show off the clothes.

Oneday before the event

I am extremely grateful to have had the opportunity.

we Try arrange it perfectly as hard as we can.

Fitting @ Forever21 Grand Indonesia and BERSKHA Plaza Indonesia

Fittings 4 days before the show,we make sure , all attend all fitting sessions 'cause we get to see clothes, discuss the concept with sponsored/designer and freeze a look for the show. If it's complicated to finalise a look..

With so many creative people involved here , a difference of opinion is inevitable. So how tough it is to handle that?..Luckily Sarita's my friend who already have experience with this...

Martha Tillar is one of beauty companies are invorved in this event with one team of makeup artist and hairstylist ( Aziza and Crew) .

And The Backstage is place where beside makeup and preaparing models for fashion shows, also serves to realx these and other activities before hoing to Fashion Show.

here where we get together and joking with each other to relieve the tension before the show .
