I have a small problem with my maid, one of them sick and back to her parents and the otherone want to quit because she dont want work alone..How come ...? i try to talk her please stay for a while, .. but she totally ' sillent.. whats wrong with you?
I know she was extremely patient.. and to the extent of being sooooo slow.. but she is full of initiatives.i like her..
i dont know why exactly..!
i conclude she was not suited to work in fam with kids, and she dont want taking care of my kids.. ohh.. actually its dificcult to find out a good maid like her...All of moms understand the kind of suffering from having "incompeetent".. maid at home..
remember .. i had a maid for 3 years , (name's asih') she was wonderful helper, she was honest,
my biggest mistake was to allow her to go back before end of contract from agent'... after coming back she was no longer .., the reason was that she found out that her boyfriend.. and she was busy with her HP ' sms .. talk all night .as a result.. she was really different. .' i decided to send her back to yayasan (agent') ...
It was chaotic at first when she left, ..but after afew weeks things were better..
Sometimes I'm sure i will enjoy Freedom of not having a maid...personally i enjoy doing householdchores , but Hmm... i worry i guess i just have to make do with less blooging, writing reading.. a company children to everywhere ,as a mom i should be doing manythings , ..but i means its really hard keeping the house clean, cooking etc.. not having time for all of things. .(.eventhough the most priority to do pray )..
Like Today.. Really busy with other things.. but i'm so tired.. lazy.. rain fall all day long..
Moms.. We Are know..The point is ..I always depend on her
