Yoga by A ri ni.

Saturday in Jogja, I attended a Yoga Class , the first one for me with a profesional trainer , name's A r i n i , with cost only 5USD / per person /2 hours , this is special Yoga exercise , special place also, I enjoyed it so much that I trained with one of my favorite and profesional instructors in Jogja. This is a most wonderful experience...but i was wondering how i should, cause i'm a beginner...All of member like profesional .. She teach step by step by ASANA ( yoga poses) from basic. arini's says that i 've to learn step by step , keep simple pose ....

and So much slow movement......
